Housecall Pro surveyed 1,100 homeowners this year: 72% said they’d pay more to have an emergency handled inside 24 hours. Most contractors charge them the same rate as the customer who booked three weeks out.
Then the part that makes it testable: at three times the gross profit, you can lose two quotes out of three and still come out ahead.
